ELCARD payment card of Kompanion Bank CJSC is an accessible and most importantly convenient and safe bank product. It is designed to make non-cash payments in national currency: receiving salary, pensions, and social assistance payments on a card as well as paying taxes, custom payments, insurance payments, utility and other payments.

Kompanion Bank offers Bank Products Based on ELCARD Payment System:
1. ELCARD for Individuals offers a rewarding and convenient way to keep cash, receive transfers and transact merchant payments for products and services within the Kyrgyz Republic. The card is issued free of charge. In addition, the Bank accrues 3% per annum on Elcard card balances over KGS 3,000.
2. ELCARD payment card “Payroll Card Project” – is the national payment card designed for employees of commercial and government organizations. Additional benefits: free card issue, direct transfer of salary to the card.
3. ELCARD Payment Card “Pension Card” – is a modern and convenient way of receiving pension on an ELCARD payment card. Card offers 5% accrual of interest for remaining balance of a card. It offers free card emission and free card service.
4. ELCARD “Social Benefits” payment card – is a socially oriented product from Kompanion Bank. The card is supposed to be used to get social benefits and compensations. The card is issued for free and without an annual fee. No fee for withdrawing cash from ATMs of the Bank and the peer group. Apart from free servicing, you get 3% per annum on your card balance.
Target clients are those eligible for government allowances and compensations as per the applicable KR law.
