Kompanion Bank Team is looking for Product Manager for Online International Money Transfers

Job Responsibilities:​

• Manage digital products in the field of international money transfers;

• Initiate and support integrations with international partners (IMTS);

• Analyze customer journeys, conversions, and metrics in the mobile app;

• Set tasks for the IT team, participate in testing and releases;

• Launch campaigns, programs, and other growth initiatives;

• Prepare analytics and proposals for product development.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in banking digital, payments, or fintech (preferred);

• Understanding of IMTS operations, customer UX scenarios, and AML/KYC requirements (preferred);

• Ability to work with data and formulate product hypotheses;

• Skills in preparing business requirements and collaborating with developers;

• Most importantly — proactivity, ownership, and a willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IMTS integrations or launching digital products;

• Experience with analytical tools;

• English for business communication.
