Job Responsibilities:

• Organization of efficient operations and overall management of the Savings Office.

• Responsible for the effective organization of operational activities of the Savings Office for non-credit services: deposits, settlement and cash services, money transfers, bank cards, etc.

• Conduct training sessions for Savings Office employees in accordance with approved procedures and customer service standards.

• Ensure implementation of the sales plan set by the Branch Director based on the overall sales targets.

• Participate in the development of programs and projects related to the Savings Office, as well as submit for Board review issues connected with the Savings Office operations.

• Accountable for achieving financial targets and maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio as set by Bank management.

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

• Higher professional education (preferably in economics).

• At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial position.

• At least 1 year of experience working with cash operations.

• Skills in identifying the authenticity of payment instruments, with relevant certifications.

• Practical knowledge of operational banking procedures: opening and servicing accounts, deposits, bank cards, money transfers without account opening, foreign exchange operations, settlement and cash services.

• Knowledge of regulatory and procedural documents governing deposit and settlement/cash transactions.

• Knowledge of legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating banking activities, as well as regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Knowledge of key accounting entries related to the activities of the Savings Office.

• Confident PC user; excellent command of Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, etc.), as well as proficiency in specialized banking software.
