Key Responsibilities:
- Providing effective support to Branch employees and offices in terms of document management and administrative processes.
- Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence, Branch documents, and ensuring their timely delivery/sending to recipients.
- Handling incoming phone calls.
- Ensuring the office and employees are supplied with necessary stationery and household items.
Our Expectations of the Candidate:
- Higher professional education (economics, law, or finance) and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of document management and record keeping (including HR administration).
- Knowledge of rules and basic principles of inventory/warehouse accounting.
- Knowledge of operating rules for computer equipment and other office equipment.
- Knowledge of internal labor regulations, occupational safety, fire safety, and information security rules.
- Confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proficiency in spoken and written Russian and Kyrgyz.
- Strong communication skills, responsibility, ability to work both in a team and independently, energy, and a positive attitude toward fulfilling job responsibilities.
- Ability to work under stress and willingness to actively participate in the Bank’s activities.
- Ability to organize team work and effectively manage working time to achieve objectives.
