Kompanion Bank Team is looking for Sales manager

Tasks by position:

·       Attraction and development of the Bank's partners (legal entities, sole proprietors/State of emergency);

·       Formation and maintenance of a database of potential partners;

·       Conducting negotiations, business meetings and presentation of the Bank's products;

·       Preparation and support of commercial proposals and contracts with Partners;

·       Advising Partners on the Bank's digital products and mobile application;

·       Training and support of Partners at the stage of connection and cooperation;

·       Activity monitoring, retention and development of existing Partners;

·       Market and competitive environment analysis;

·       Interaction with the Bank's internal divisions;

·       Preparation of reports on working with Partners.

Our expectations from the candidate:

·       At least 1 year of work experience in the field of working with partners in commercial banks/payment organizations;

·       Sales experience;

·       An experienced PC user, working with MS Office;

·       Knowledge of ethics of business communication and correspondence;

·       Conducting business negotiations, concluding contracts.
