Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR recordkeeping for the Head Office and Branches.

  • Develop and amend the Bank’s staff schedule, followed by approval.

  • Prepare vacation schedules in accordance with labor legislation.

  • Maintain employee employment record book registers for the Head Office and Branches.

  • Organize and maintain employee personal files, ensuring the presence and correct completion of all forms in line with the Bank’s HR management and HR documentation regulations.

  • Ensure that new employees complete all HR documents required by the approved list.

  • Prepare HR orders, employment contracts, and employment record books (for the Head Office and Branches).

  • Participate in developing technical requirements for HR administration process automation.

  • Participate in the automation of the HR administration system.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience.

  • Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic (including Government decrees, regulations, and instructions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic), as well as legislative and regulatory acts governing the Bank’s HR management and HR documentation.

  • Knowledge of HR recordkeeping systems.

  • Knowledge of 1C software.

  • Knowledge of the Kyrgyz language.
