Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze business tasks and formulate requirements: from hypothesis to ready-made BRD/PRD.

• Describe and optimize the credit cycle processes: application, identification, scoring, issuance, servicing, early repayments/restructuring, collections.

• Develop user scenarios in the application: CJM, use cases, edge cases, validations, texts/localization.

• Set tasks for development (Jira), coordinate with design (Figma), support features until release.

• Maintain and update the knowledge base (Confluence).

• Prepare reports and presentations on the product/results/hypotheses for the team and management.

Candidate Expectations:

• Experience with credit products (bank/fintech/MFO): understanding the loan lifecycle and regulatory framework.

• Ability to write clear requirements (BRD/PRD).

• Experience interacting with development, design, and marketing teams (Jira/Confluence, Figma).

• Knowledge of lending rules, principles, loan issuance conditions, theoretical and practical financial analysis skills, as well as legal and regulatory acts governing lending procedures.

• Experience in developing new credit products is desirable.

• Analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz, English is an advantage.

• Computer literacy.

• Excellent communication skills.
