Job Responsibilities:

• Development of IT audit methodology, plans, and programs;

• Assessment and analysis of the state of IT infrastructure and information systems (IS);

• Evaluation of information security (IS) processes, IT security architecture, and analysis of vulnerabilities and risks;

• Consulting business units on improving the IT environment and control procedures within business processes;

• Monitoring the implementation of recommendations and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions;

• Participation in audit engagements and special assignments conducted in accordance with work plans, by order of the Board of Directors, or at the request of the Bank’s Management Board;

• Conducting interviews with bank employees and maintaining effective communication;

• Preparation and drafting of audit reports based on audit results;

• Monitoring the latest trends in IT audit and international IT standards, and developing proposals to improve internal audit processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Training in IT audit processes and international IT audit standards;

• CIA / CISA / CISSP / CGEIT / CRISC / CRMA certification is a significant advantage;

• At least 3 years of overall experience in internal audit and/or the banking sector;

• Specialization in one of the key IT areas with an understanding of IT processes;

• Knowledge of audit methodologies, procedures, and international professional standards of internal audit / ISA;

• Self-discipline, initiative, and ability to work in a team;

• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz;

• Willingness to travel on business trips.
