Job Responsibilities:

  • ​Overall management of the Branch’s activities, including creating necessary working conditions and ensuring a favorable moral and psychological climate within the team.
  • Coordination and control of the Branch’s activities in building a high-quality loan portfolio. Organization of the Branch’s work with non-performing loans.
  • ​Ensuring the achievement of planned targets in lending and operational activities.
  • ​Responsibility for achieving performance indicators and the quality of the Branch’s work, as established by the Bank’s management, and taking all necessary measures to achieve them.
  • ​Participation in conferences, meetings, seminars, and other forums on issues related to the Branch’s activities and of interest to the Bank.
  • ​Submitting proposals for improving existing processes and introducing new processes and working methods.
  • ​Managing the Branch’s operations and ensuring effective performance of Branch employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and cash discipline by Branch employees.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • Higher education in economics/finance.

  • At least three years of experience in credit institutions, including at least one year in a managerial position.

  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, provisions, and instructions of the NBKR regulating the Bank’s lending activities.

  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on combating the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds and financing of terrorist and extremist activities.

  • Familiarity with key management methods and personnel management technologies.

  • Knowledge of strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis methods for branch activities.

  • Understanding of financial analysis methods for assessing borrowers’ creditworthiness.

  • Knowledge of the main principles of risk management in financial and credit institutions.

  • Knowledge of document flow organization in operational, financial, and lending processes.

  • Understanding of the legal fundamentals of lending to individuals and legal entities and conducting collateral transactions.

  • Knowledge of management principles and internal control.

  • Possession of analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Russian and Kyrgyz languages.
