Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing ITSM processes and implement optimization solutions to improve their efficiency;

  • Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to ensure proper quality of service delivery;

  • Configure and maintain the IT Service Management system;

  • Design and implement automated processes;

  • Develop and configure request structures, analytical forms, and notification systems;

  • Optimize request routing, set up escalation algorithms, and ensure seamless integration with the Bank’s corporate information systems
