Job Responsibilities:
Analyze existing ITSM processes and implement optimization solutions to improve their efficiency;
Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to ensure proper quality of service delivery;
Configure and maintain the IT Service Management system;
Design and implement automated processes;
Develop and configure request structures, analytical forms, and notification systems;
Optimize request routing, set up escalation algorithms, and ensure seamless integration with the Bank’s corporate information systems
