Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the offline international money transfer product;

• Analyze and develop the product line: tariffs, limits, available countries and currencies, fees, and promotions;

• Initiate and support new integrations with IMTS, including preparation of business requirements and coordination with IT and other departments;

• Conduct regular negotiations with partners (internal and external), monitor SLAs, and agree on terms and conditions;

• Analyze customer behavior, transfer flows, conversions, and operational bottlenecks;

• Develop and implement growth initiatives: bonus campaigns, cross-selling, and incentive programs;

• Collaborate with the digital team to create synergy between offline and online transfers;

• Prepare reports and presentations for management and participate in shaping the product strategy for the domain.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, specifically in international money transfers;

• Strong understanding of the processes of sending and receiving international transfers in branch offices;

• Understanding of IMTS operations, National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR) requirements, AML/KYC processes, etc.;

• Ability to work with data: analyze reports, identify growth opportunities, etc.;

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating with international money transfer systems;

• English proficiency sufficient for partner communication and reading documentation.
