Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of business processes in the Head Office and branches according to allocation and specialization;

• Provide verbal and written consultations to Bank departments on matters within scope of competence;

• Participate in audit engagements and special assignments conducted according to work plans and by order of the Board of Directors;

• Conduct interviews with bank employees and maintain effective communication;

• Prepare audit work programs, determine audit objects and scope, and prepare sampling for audit procedures;

• Prepare reports based on audit results.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Higher education in economics, finance, business management, law, or related fields;

• Experience: At least 1 year in audit, credit, and/or accounting;

• Skills:

  • Specialization in banking accounting and/or credit;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Fluency in Russian and Kyrgyz;

  • Knowledge of audit methodologies, procedures, and international professional standards of internal audit;

  • Excellent business writing skills and report preparation ability;

  • Proficiency with core accounting software and office applications;

  • Self-discipline, initiative, and teamwork skills;

  • Willingness to travel for business trips (up to 2 weeks per month).
