Job Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory and practical support to bank employees in the area of non-performing loan recovery, as well as work directly with non-performing loans

• Analyze the causes and prevention of non-performing loans

• Monitor and coordinate the process of working with non-performing loans through interaction with structural divisions of branches and the Head Office

• Study, analyze, and summarize the results of claims, court cases, and the practice of concluding and executing commercial contracts in order to develop proposals to eliminate identified shortcomings and improve the Bank's financial and operational performance

• Ensure effective interaction for the timely provision of reports, calculations, explanations, and other materials by the Bank’s structural divisions to prepare responses to claims, lawsuits, petitions, applications, letters, etc.

• Regularly monitor the accuracy of input and changes to the statuses of legal cases related to loans in the Bank’s automated banking system

• Prepare analytical reports on non-performing loans on a regular basis and provide consultations to branch employees
