Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the effective work of Credit Department employees with direct support from the Branch Director.
Manage personnel (Credit Department staff) using the best management practices.
Coordinate the work of Credit Department employees to expand the Bank’s credit activities.
Maintain communication between Branch employees and other structural units of the Bank.
Prepare reports on the work of Credit Department employees.
Assist and supervise the Credit Department Manager in assessing borrower credit risk. Provide consultations to Credit Department employees on problematic loans.
Make decisions on credit applications within authority and/or participate in Credit Committee meetings within authority.
Ensure timely holding of small credit committee meetings.
Monitor timely resolution of client and borrower issues.

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

Higher professional education (economics, law, finance).
At least 3 years of experience in the field of lending. Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating the Bank’s lending activities, as well as Kyrgyz legislation on counteracting financing of terrorism and legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds (hereinafter – CFT/AML).
Computer literacy (knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, etc.).
Proficiency in Kyrgyz and Russian languages is mandatory. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Ability to clearly define tasks and prioritize.
Result-oriented and capable of finding unconventional solutions.
Analytical and critical thinking, initiative.
Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
