Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective performance of department staff.

• Plan and conduct departmental audits across different directions/branches.

• Prepare reports and recommendations based on the results of the audits.

• Automate/optimize departmental processes and reporting.

• Ensure that department staff analyze the activities of divisions by direction, using a risk-based approach, identify anomalies, and conduct inspections.

• Ensure that department staff carry out inspections related to operational incidents.

• Provide reports and recommendations based on the results of inspections.

• Monitor the implementation of recommendations

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

• Higher education in economics/finance.

• At least 3 years of professional work experience. Experience in a managerial position in control or audit.

• Knowledge of the legislation and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as NBKR (National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic) regulations governing banking activities.

• Computer literacy, confident user of Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Fluency in spoken and written Kyrgyz and Russian is mandatory. Knowledge of English is an advantage.

• Ability to work overtime and willingness to travel for business trips.
