Job Responsibilities:
Build and develop the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation of managers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Set tasks, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
Implement and supervise the use of CRM, scripts, and work standards.
Conduct daily/weekly meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with managers.
Analyze the market and customers; identify new opportunities for sales growth.
Build a fully functional sales system—from pipeline to final results.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales management experience in B2B.
Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills: planning, forecasting, conversion analysis, reporting.
System thinking: able to structure processes, implement CRM and standards.
Leadership qualities: able to motivate, inspire, and enforce performance.
Stress tolerance, high energy, and proactiveness.
