Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation of managers.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Set tasks, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reporting.

  • Implement and supervise the use of CRM, scripts, and work standards.

  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching with managers.

  • Analyze the market and customers; identify new opportunities for sales growth.

  • Build a fully functional sales system—from pipeline to final results.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales management experience in B2B.

  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more people.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong analytical skills: planning, forecasting, conversion analysis, reporting.

  • System thinking: able to structure processes, implement CRM and standards.

  • Leadership qualities: able to motivate, inspire, and enforce performance.

  • Stress tolerance, high energy, and proactiveness.
