Kompanion Bank Team is looking for Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:

• Legal support of the branch’s activities.

• Registration of transactions with relevant authorities.

• Preparation of legal opinions, including on collateral.

• Interaction with state authorities, judicial bodies, and notaries.

• Participation in court proceedings.

• Organization of document flow for various parts of the operational process.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Higher legal education.

• At least 1 year of work experience in financial and credit institutions.

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on financial and credit institutions, as well as civil and labor legislation.

• Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the NBKR governing lending activities.

• Knowledge of the basic principles of document flow and records management (including HR administration).

• Experience working with judicial authorities and participation in court proceedings.

• Proficiency in Russian and Kyrgyz languages.

• Confident PC user, excellent command of Microsoft Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, etc.).
