Job Responsibilities:

• Develop IT audit methodology, plans, and programs.

• Assess and analyze the state of IT infrastructure and information systems.

• Evaluate information security processes, IT security architecture, and analyze vulnerabilities and risks.

• Advise business units on improving the IT environment and control procedures in business processes.

• Monitor the implementation of recommendations and assess the results of corrective actions.

• Participate in audit inspections and special assignments carried out by the department according to work plans, Board directives, and requests from the Bank’s Management.

• Conduct interviews with bank employees and maintain effective communications.

• Prepare and write reports based on the results of audits of the bank’s activities.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in IT auditing and international IT standards, and develop proposals to improve internal audit processes.

Candidate Expectations:

• Higher education.

• Training in IT audit processes and international standards.

• Holding certificates such as CIA/CISA/CISSP/CGEIT/CRISC/CRMA is a significant advantage.

• Overall work experience in internal audit and/or the banking sector of at least 3 years.

• Specialization in one of the key IT areas at a level sufficient to understand IT processes.

• Knowledge of auditing methodologies, procedures, and international professional standards of internal audit/IIA.

• Self-discipline, initiative, and ability to work in a team.

• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kyrgyz.

• Ability to travel for business trips.
