Key Responsibilities:​

• Ensuring the achievement of established targets for lending and cross-sales.

• Compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory documents.

• Attracting new clients.

• Credit servicing of clients, including analysis of clients’ creditworthiness for the purpose of granting loans.

• Defending credit projects at the Bank’s Credit Committees.

• Monitoring the quality of the loan portfolio and implementing measures to improve it in accordance with the Bank’s internal regulations.

• Working with problem borrowers to ensure the recovery of the Bank’s funds.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in economics or finance.

• At least one year of experience in credit institutions.

• Knowledge of lending rules, principles, and loan issuance conditions.

• Knowledge of financial analysis of borrowers’ creditworthiness.

• Knowledge of the legal foundations of lending to individuals and legal entities, as well as collateral transactions.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Russian and Kyrgyz languages.

• Computer literacy.

• Excellent communication skills.
