Job Responsibilities:

Legal Support of the Bank:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts;

• Developing and participating in the development of internal regulatory documents;

• Preparing legal opinions, including those related to collateral;

• Participation in tenders and commissions;

• Providing legal support for various bank projects;

• Interaction with government bodies, courts, and notaries;

• Participation in litigation processes.

Our Expectations of the Candidate:

• Education: Higher legal education;

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in financial and credit institutions;

• Knowledge of the banking, civil, and labor legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, including regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
