Kompanion Bank Team is looking for Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects end-to-end: from initiation to project closure;

• Plan timelines, resources, and budgets, and control project execution;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors);

• Manage risks, dependencies, and changes within projects;

• Monitor KPI achievement, timelines, and quality of project delivery;

• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, minutes);

• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and senior management;

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, status meetings, and steering committees;

• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors;

• Support and improve project management processes and standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT project management;

• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall methodologies (hybrid approach is a plus);

• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.);

• Ability to work with business and technical requirements in collaboration with analysts;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage expectations;

• Risk management skills and ability to resolve conflicts;

• Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach;

• Experience in the banking or financial sector will be an advantage.
