Kompanion Bank Team is looking for Data Analyst in the Product Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze mobile app metrics to inform product decisions;

• Evaluate the impact of new product features using data;

• Manage event setup and monitor event tagging quality in the mobile app;

• Identify insights from large datasets to support product strategy;

• Visualize data, create reports, and present conclusions;

• Participate in discovery processes together with designers, researchers, developers, and product managers;

• Formulate and validate product hypotheses.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in SQL;

• Experience applying analytics to solve business problems;

• Ability to connect business context with analytical insights;

• Understanding of key product metrics and unit economics;

• 1–3 years of experience working with data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python or R;

• Experience with AppsFlyer, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics;

• Knowledge and experience working with BI tools;

• Experience applying ML to analytical or business tasks.
