​Job Responsibilities:

• Organize cash operations and manage the activities of the branch’s cash office, including Savings Cash Desks.

• Ensure timely replenishment of the branch’s cash office and Savings Cash Desks with cash.

• Issue cash to branch cashiers for client services, with corresponding entries in the Bank’s ABS.

• Control and conduct exchange operations with foreign currency cash.

• Determine the validity and fitness for circulation of cash, and withdraw non-negotiable, suspicious, or counterfeit banknotes according to established procedures.

• Ensure compliance with cash-in-transit procedures and prepare cash and other valuables for replenishment of Savings Cash Desks, branches, and the Bank’s correspondent account at the NBKR.

• Control and reconcile the actual cash and valuables in the cash office at the end of the operational day.

• Open and close the branch’s cash vault in accordance with Bank procedures.

• Issue checkbooks to clients.

• Control compliance with established cash limits for all branch cash offices.

• Confirm payments/transfers through international money transfer systems in the Bank’s ABS.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Education: Higher education.

• Work experience: At least three years in financial and credit institutions, with at least one year in the cash operations department.

• Knowledge of the main security features of national and foreign banknotes.

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and NBKR regulations on cash circulation and cash operations in banks.

• Knowledge of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and NBKR regulations on countering the financing of terrorism and the legalization (laundering) of criminal proceeds.

• Computer skills, experience with ABS, cash equipment, and other office equipment necessary for work.

• Proficiency in spoken and written Russian and Kyrgyz.
