Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document requirements (Use Cases, User Stories) and prepare business requirements documentation;

• Analyze and document functional requirements for software development (Visa processing, MPC, core banking systems);

• Perform full or partial automation of business processes through enhancement of existing software and development and implementation of new solutions;

• Design user interface prototypes and individual pages (mockups);

• Develop test cases and participate in software testing (Visa processing, MPC, core banking systems);

• Develop, test, and implement functionality according to business requirements;

• Expand the range of payment card services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in economics or technology;

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Ability to write clear and structured requirements (BRD/PRD);

• Experience collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams (Jira/Confluence, Figma);

• Knowledge of payment system architecture, processing systems, and core banking platforms;

• Basic knowledge of accounting;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
