Job Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and analysis of transactions in digital channels

• Identifying incidents, anomalous or suspicious operations, fraud schemes, and participating in investigations of detected cases

• Preparing analytical reports and risk-based reviews

• Providing recommendations to minimize risks

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

• Education: Higher education in economics, finance, IT, data analytics, or engineering

• Work experience: Minimum of 2 years in banking. Experience in internal control, anti-fraud, compliance, analytics, risk, or audit is a plus

• Knowledge of banking specifics and core business processes (lending, transactions, remote channels)

• Understanding of regulatory requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

• Advanced Excel skills (including Power Query), ability to work with large data sets

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), ability to write SQL queries and work with databases is a plus

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, ability to prepare reports and presentations
