Within the framework of its social mission, Kompanion Bank conducts work on supporting the economic and social well-being of the country’s population, including supporting social projects aimed at helping and developing children and young people.

Kompanion Bank’s team throughout Kyrgyzstan traditionally took an active participation in celebrating the International Children's Day. From May 29 to June 3, 2019, the Bank’s team visited children living in orphanages and rehabilitation centers. The Bank’s team also visited houses of low-income families where live children with disabilities, who need financial support and care. Consumer electronics, children's furniture, summer clothes, stationery materials, dishware, toys, personal care products and sweets were purchased for children.

On June 3, the Bank’s team visited children left without care of parents living in the Center for Social Adaptation of Children under the Bishkek City Hall. Air conditioners and TVs for children's rest rooms were handed over to administration of the Center.

Deputy Director of the Center for Social Adaptation Kunduz Kaldymoldoeva:

The aid provided by Kompanion Bank is very important and necessary for us. In consequence of this aid we can improve living conditions of children in our center. Children will take classes in comfortable conditions - sing and learn dance in music classroom. We will also be able to maintain the required temperature regime in the warehouse, where food products are stored. But above all things all children were happy to see new big TVs! Thanks to the Bank for attention and provided help!
