It is our pleasure to invite you to the 14th annual Apple Festival to be hosted by Kompanion Bank in Tokmok city of Chui area on September 21, 2019. The history of the Festival goes back to 2006 when it was first organized on the shore of Issyk-Kul lake. This event has been not only a good tradition since then, but an effective economic platform for Kyrgyz farmers as well.
The main purpose of the event is to facilitate the development of orcharding and strengthen relationships between buyers and sellers of agri products. Last year, the Festival was conducted in Ala-Buka region of Jalal-abad area and helped farmers sell over 800 tons of apples.
At the Festival, the participants will have an opportunity to sign sales agreements and receive free consultations from Kompanion Bank’s agronomists and veterinarians. The program of the Festival includes the apple fair, workshops, competitions, musical performances, and tasting of fruits dishes.
