Important information: Technical works

Dear clients!

To improve the quality of customer experience, Kompanion Bank is switching to new software. In this connection, the Bank will be conducting maintenance. The following products and services will be temporarily unavailable during this period: 

  • Visa debit cards – from 5:00 pm 31.12.2019 to 04.01.2020
  • ATMs – from 4:00 pm 31.12.2019 to 04.01.2020
  • Payment kiosks – from 2:00 pm 31.12.2019 to 04.01.2020
  • Operations via peer group ATMs QuickPay, Pay24 and UMAI (loan repayment, deposit/account/card replenishment) - from 31.12.2019 to 04.01.2020. (Kompanion e-wallet replenishment via peer group ATMs will be available.)
  • Mobile banking – from 31.12.2019 to 06.01.2020
  • Online banking – from 31.12.2019 to 06.01.2020
  • Loan disbursement – from 31.12.2019 to 13.01.2020
  • Account/deposit opening/service – from 08:00 31.12.2019 to 08.01.2020
  • Interbank transfers (clearing, gross, Swift) - from 8:00 am 31.12.2019 to 08.01.2020
  • Payments to third parties (day care, schools, taxes, utilities, etc.) – from 12:00 pm 30.12.2019 to 08.01.2020
  • Cash operations – from 12.00 pm 31.12.2019 to 08.01.2020
  • Money transfers (without a bank account) - from 12.00 pm 31.12.2019 to 08.01.2020

Kompanion e-wallet will be working as normal, except for the following functions (from 31.12.2019 to 06.01.2020):

  • Loan repayment/access to repayment schedules
  • Deposit replenishment
  • Account replenishment (including card accounts)
  • Adding/management of Elcard cards
