Bishkek, April 28, 2025 — CJSC "Bank Kompanion" and the Municipal Enterprise "Tazalyk" have signed a Cooperation Agreement. This document lays the foundation for a future partnership focused on sustainable development, enhancing the urban environment, and implementing joint social initiatives.

    The primary goal is to establish a platform for sharing ideas and resources in areas such as:

• environmental protection and ecological education,

• promotion of social responsibility and citizen engagement,

• development of transparent and ethical collaboration between business and municipal entities.

    On behalf of CJSC Bank Kompanion, the Agreement was signed by Olga Shin, Managing Director for Marketing and Communications.
    On behalf of Tazalyk, the document was signed by Zholdosh Chushtukov, Director of the enterprise.

    As part of the partnership, support will be provided for installing outdoor waste bins in residential areas of Bishkek that previously lacked essential waste collection infrastructure. This initiative marks a first step toward creating a cleaner and more comfortable urban environment while fostering ecological awareness among residents.

    “Together, we can go beyond one-off initiatives and build systemic solutions for improving the urban environment that will serve the city effectively and for the long term,” emphasized Olga Shin, Managing Director for     Marketing and Communications.

    The project is being piloted in the Pervomaisky district of Bishkek, with special attention to supporting socially vulnerable populations. Funding is provided as part of Bank Kompanion’s corporate social responsibility program.

    The signing of the Agreement aligns with Bank Kompanion’s strategic focus on eco-social initiatives.

    As a key city partner responsible for cleanliness and urban improvement, "Tazalyk" sees this cooperation with a responsible business as an important step toward uniting efforts to enhance the quality of life in Bishkek.

Both parties expressed confidence that the Agreement will open new horizons for impactful projects that reflect the principles of responsible governance and sustainability.
