Kompanion Bank discovers the new possibilities to receive money transfers by remote methods. The bank clients can now transfer money remittances received via “Bizdin Kompanion” system directly to the Kompanion E-Wallet, without leaving home or bank employee’s assistance.

Step 1. Click the “TRANSFERS” icon on e-wallet’s main page >>> "RECEIVE TRANSFER";
Step 2. Enter the PIN and Passport number (take a photo of passport and attach to the application);
Step 3. Choose the money transfer system from the list and currency;
Step 4. Enter the total sum, the transfer code and confirm your consent by placing a check mark.

Function of crediting money transfers to the Kompanion e-wallet is available for Bank Kompanion customers, who passed identification, got the loan or have deposit or other accounts at the bank.

The service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The maximum amount of a single transfer: KGS 15 000

  • How can I withdraw the money transferred to the Kompanion e-wallet?

Kompanion e-wallet users can add funds to payment cards and connect “Elcard” to the e-wallet for making transactions within the app. It means that you can easily add funds to the payment cards and withdraw the money at the nearest ATM as needed. We recommend using DemirBank partner ATM network. You can withdraw the money at the Bank’s outlets as well. See operating schedule of the Bank’s offices.
