Bank Kompanion informs you that, effective October 22, 2024, amendments will come into force regarding the Public Offer for concluding the General Bank Account Agreement.

The update applies to Clause 2.5, which now reads as follows:

2.5. No interest shall be accrued or paid by the Bank on funds held in demand deposit accounts unless otherwise provided by separate agreements between the Parties or by the Bank’s tariffs.
