Bank Kompanion informs you that starting from December 13, 2024, changes will be introduced to the online loan disbursement process in the Kompanion mobile app.

The process of applying for and approvingan online loan remains fast — within 5 minutes. However, the credited amount will be transferred to the app balance after a certain period, depending on the approved loan amount.

This measure aims to enhance customer security when processing online loans.

⏱ Timeframes for receiving an approved loan:

• KGS 2,000 – 14,999 — credited instantly

• KGS 15,000 – 49,999 — within 3 hours

• KGS 50,000 – 100,000 — within 6 hours

• Above KGS 100,001 — within 24 hours, during which the Bank may place a verification call from an official number

These changes were introduced in accordance with the Resolution of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 2024-П-12/63-1-(NPA)dated November 27, 2024.
