Tips to Stay Safe:

• Bank SMS messages always come from the same number.If you receive a payment or transfer notification in a new thread — it may be a scam. Check your balance through the official app or internet banking.

• Don’t click suspicious links.Scammers may pretend to be buyers or sellers and send phishing links that mimic real websites.

• Never share passwords, SMS codes, CVV numbers, or login credentials — not even with someone claiming to be from the bank!

• To receive a transfer, only provide your 16-digit card number or the phone number linked to your mobile wallet.Nothing more is required.

• Avoid using unverified public Wi-Fi networks.Your personal data could be stolen.

• Never send money to strangers or to so-called "bank employees" or "special accounts".

• Do not call back unknown or short numbers — these can be premium-rate. If you're unsure about a call claiming to be from the bank, do not call back. Dial the bank’s number manuallyfrom the back of your card or from the official website.

• If you have already shared sensitive card information or an SMS code with a fraudster — call the bank immediatelyto block the card or access to your account, app, or wallet. Then report the incident to the bank and law enforcement.
