How to Send a Transfer to Bank Kompanion’s Elcart Cards via TransferGo

In the TransferGo app, select the transfer direction, currency, amount, and sending method. Then follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Transfer" section and click "Change"

2. Under "New transfers", click "See all"

3. Choose your payment method (card / bank payment / BLIK) and select "To card" as the delivery method

4. Enter the recipient’s details:

   • Click "Continue" on the "Transfer type" page

   • On the "Choose recipient" step, click "New recipient" (or select an existing one)

   • On "Who are you sending money to?", choose "Myself" or "Someone else"

   • Enter payment details and complete the transaction

    How to Receive a Transfer

• Funds are automatically credited to your Bank Kompanion Elcart card

• You can check the status in the Kompanion mobile app, under your Elcart card transaction history

• Withdraw cash fee-free up to 100,000 KGS at Bank Kompanion ATMs
