OTP code is for you only. Sharing it with others is dangerous
Dear customers,
Please be informed: Bank employees never call and never ask for OTP codes (one-time passwords — usually a set of numbers with a note like “code for login to the app”), as well as other confidential information (PIN code, CVV code, app passwords, or SMS codes).
If you receive a call or message asking you to share an OTP code from your banking app — this is a scam.
Please follow basic safety rules:
- Never share OTP codes or passwords with anyone
- Do not disclose your card or account details
- Immediately end suspicious calls
Contact the Bank via official channels at 8800
Remember: sharing your OTP code with third parties may lead to unauthorized access to your funds.
