Bank Kompanion supports anti-fraud initiative

Bank Kompanion has joined the social initiative “Stop and Think!”, aimed at improving financial and digital literacy of the population and preventing fraud in the use of financial services.

The initiative is implemented with the participation of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, GIZ and TSARKA Kyrgyzstan, bringing together key institutions to enhance public safety.

As part of the project, realistic mock-ups of law enforcement officers with warning messages have been installed in crowded public places — shopping centers, supermarkets, and other high-traffic areas.

These installations are already in place and serve an important purpose — reminding clients to be cautious when performing financial transactions, avoid transferring money to unknown persons, and to “stop and think” before taking action.

For Bank Kompanion, customer security is a top priority.

Participation in such initiatives reflects the bank’s systematic approach to developing financial literacy and strengthening trust in digital financial services.
