On September 20, from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM, scheduled maintenance will be carried out to update the Bank’s services and improve our digital products.

During this period, all operations in the Kompanion app will be temporarily unavailable, including:

• incoming and outgoing QR payments, as well as all transfers and card and account transactions;

• applying for and making payments on online loans;

• sending and receiving transfers through international money transfer systems.

We recommend planning your transactions in advance, taking these temporary restrictions into account.
