SIMPLE STEPS TO PROTECT YOUR CARD
If you notice a transaction that raises concerns,
block your card immediately in the mobile app
(Card Settings → Block) or contact customer support at 8800.
For additional security, we recommend:
• using a separate card for online purchases;
• disabling online payments after completing transactions;
• regularly checking active subscriptions in your Google and Apple accounts and removing unused ones;
• removing your card from third-party services and apps (Google, Telegram, marketplaces, etc.) when necessary.
These simple measures will help increase the security of your payments.
Where to Check Subscriptions
🔹 In your Google account (Android)
- Open Google Play
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Select “Payments & Subscriptions”
- Go to “Subscriptions”
- Review active subscriptions and cancel any unnecessary ones
You can also check via:
play.google.com → Account → Subscriptions
🔹 In Apple ID (iPhone)
- Open Settings
- Tap your name (Apple ID)
- Select “Subscriptions”
- Review active subscriptions and cancel unwanted ones
How to Remove Your Card from Services
🔹 In Google
- Open Google Play
- Profile → “Payments & Subscriptions” → “Payment Methods”
- Select the card
- Tap “Remove”
Or via website: pay.google.com → Payment Methods
🔹 In Telegram
- Open Settings
- Go to Telegram Premium / Payments (if activated)
- Manage your subscription via the App Store or Google Play
⚠️ Important: Telegram does not store card details directly — payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or a connected bot/service.
🔹 In Other Apps
- Open the app settings
- Find “Payments” / “Billing”
- Remove the saved card
