• Temporary disruptions in the “Companion” mobile app (operations with Visa and Elcard cards at ATMs and POS terminals will function normally);
• Temporary disruptions in the “Companion Agent” mobile app;
• Temporary disruptions in the “Companion Business” mobile app. Please note that sending payments via the Companion Business mobile app and internet banking will be limited:
  • Clearing payments will be unavailable from 11:30 AM on December 31, 2025, until 9:00 AM on January 3, 2026;
  • GROSS payments will be unavailable from 2:30 PM on December 31, 2025, until 9:00 AM on January 3, 2026;
  • SWIFT payments will be unavailable from 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, until 9:00 AM on January 3, 2026.

We recommend planning all necessary operations in advance.
