HOW TO BLOCK YOUR CARD IN THE “KOMPANION” MOBILE APP  


Dear customers,

To enhance the security of your funds, we remind You that You can block your bank card yourself  in the “Kompanion” mobile app, without contacting the Bank, if:

  • You have lost your card;

  • You cannot find your card;

  • You suspect fraudulent transactions on your card.

How to block a card in the “Kompanion” mobile app:

  1. Open the app and on the home screen tap the card You want to block.

  2. Select “Card settings” and tap “Block card”.

  3. Review the information on the screen and confirm the action by tapping “Yes”.

The card will be blocked instantly — a lock icon will appear on the card.

You can also unblock the card yourself in the app if it was previously blocked by You through the Bank’s mobile application.

To do this:

  • Open the app and go to the “Cards” section;

  • Select the previously blocked card;

  • Tap “Unblock card” and confirm the action.

Done! The card will be active again and available for payments and purchases.

If the card is not activated, please contact Customer Support at 88 00 or visit the nearest Bank branch.

Additionally, Bank Kompanion strongly recommends enabling push notifications in the “Kompanion” app during the New Year holidays to monitor all card transactions in real time.
