Mobile App Security Update

To make using the Bank Kompanion mobile app even more secure, we have updated the login settings for multiple devices.

By default, the app can now be used on one device only. If needed, you can enable a second device in the “Security” section.

For additional protection, some account information may be temporarily unavailable for 60 minutes after logging in from a new device.

This is not a block or an error — it is a security measure designed to help protect your funds and personal data.

The maximum number of devices that can be connected to the mobile app is two.

The security of your finances remains our priority.
