Bank Kompanion continues to implement educational programs for migrant families and regional communities across Kyrgyzstan as part of its initiatives aimed at improving financial literacy and promoting sustainable sources of income.

A financial literacy training session for migrant families was held in Kara-Darya village, Uzgen District. Participants discussed family budget management, the safe use of financial services, and savings opportunities. Deposit products and savings strategies generated particular interest among attendees. Participants also learned about the features and benefits of the Bank Kompanion mobile application.

Another financial literacy training was conducted in Leninskoye village, Suzak District. Participants received practical guidance on personal financial planning, the use of digital banking services, and strengthening household financial resilience.

Alongside financial literacy initiatives, Bank Kompanion actively supports agricultural entrepreneurship. An agricultural training session was held in Jazhy village, Uzgen District, bringing together migrant families, farmers, and veterinary specialists from the district.

A key highlight of the event was the participation of practicing expert Tarbiz Khalyapov, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences and developer of several sheep breeds. Through an interactive discussion format, participants explored animal nutrition, disease prevention, and feed management while receiving practical recommendations based on extensive scientific and field experience. Farmers also had the opportunity to discuss real-life challenges they encounter in their daily operations.

The involvement of industry experts helps ensure that training programs remain highly practical and relevant. Participants gain access to up-to-date knowledge and professional recommendations that support better decision-making, improve farm productivity, and contribute to stronger household incomes.

Bank Kompanion’s educational initiatives are designed to enhance financial literacy, strengthen entrepreneurial skills, and support sustainable income generation across the country’s regions.
