How to send funds from Russia with a Sberbank Russia card?

1. Open Sberbank Online app – Tap Payments – Transfers – Abroad – To a card/account (via a cell phone number).
2. Tap Kompanion Bank and enter the transfer amount and a cell phone number of a receiver.
3. Check a receiver’s name, the transfer amount and confirm your payment.

When sending funds from a Sberbank card to Kompanion Bank cards, the fee is paid by a sender as per Sberbank Russia tariffs. Your transfer will be automatically converted into KGS at the exchange rate indicated in the app.

Fee (Rubles) – 1% of the amount

Minimum amount – 30 Rubles, maximum amount – 1,000 Rubles

Limit – up to 50,000 Rubles per transfer

Daily limit - up to 50,000 Rubles

How to receive funds to Kompanion Bank cards?

What you need:

• ELCART or VISA card from Kompanion Bank;
• Valid cell phone number tied to your card. 

1. Provide your phone number to a sending party in Russia. You will get a text message with notice of a money transfer that has been sent to you (for ELCARD card holders).  

To check funds transferred to your Kompanion Bank card:

• Enable text message notification (ELCART);** or
• Use Mobile Banking or Online Banking services (ELCART, VISA).**
• Use E-Wallet

• Kompanion Bank ATMs or offices; or
• Peer group ATMs of Demir Bank.

Money transfers are credited to cards the same day the funds have been sent. If a money transfer is sent after 5 PM (Bishkek time), the funds will be credited to your card the following business day.
