Visa Direct for Account & Wallet

Visa Direct Account (VDA) and Visa Direct Wallet (VDW) ) are services that enable international business transfers:
· from an account to a bank account;
· from an account to a mobile wallet.

Transfers are available to/from the following countries:

USA, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, UAE, India, Singapore, Japan, Canada, United Kingdom, Turkey

The service is already available at 6 Bank Kompanion branches:

• Central Branch (Bishkek, 170/1 Abdrakhmanov St.)
• Bishkek Branch (Bishkek, 248A Kievskaya St.)
• Ai-Peri Branch (Bishkek, 158 Chuy Ave.)
• Osh Branch (Osh, 224A/1 Kurmanjan Datka St.)
• Osh-Datka Branch (Osh, Masaliev St., no number)
• Manas Branch (Manas, 40 Toktogul St.)

How to send a transfer:

1. Visit a bank branch.

2. Provide the recipient’s details/company name and bank details (bank/branch code).
   Please note that for some countries, additional information may be required, such as the purpose of payment, the recipient’s phone number, or identification number.

3. A bank employee will process the transfer.

4. The funds will be debited from your account.

5. The recipient will receive the funds within the same day.
